We ask that you pay for treatment as it is completed. Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or debit/credit cards. Tax-relief is available at the standard rate for root canal treatments and the treatments listed under 'Advanced Restorations'. We will provide you with the Med 2 forms to claim the relief from your tax office.
